There's a room with yellow water and big blocks in each axis a few rooms after placing the 6th hypercube. If I'm reading the puzzle right, you turn on a white toggle barrier to get the water to the yellow side of a yellow/green, which is meant to then drop on to an orange/purple, be redirected with the remaining two yellow blocks, then run over the red/blue to the water wheel. If you move fast enough, it is possible to drop the blue cube on the switch and make it to the other side of the barrier before it activates. After that it is not possible to deactivate the barrier because the switch is on the other side.
The game also saved so if I restore my previous progress I still have the same problem.

Hey, Mr. Chyr! Was having a wonderful time with your game...completed all six main areas and had progressed approximately 2 or 3 puzzle areas after that (I remember a specific area where I had to grow a tree to use as a platform to move to the left and carry a cube to open a door there), when my computer hard-locked and it appears my save game was corrupted.
Tutorial hint graphics for clicking the gamepad sticks appear to be missing, which makes tutorial hints look like this: To reproduce:
Bind a control that has a tutorial hint to clicking one of the gamepad sticks. A concrete example would be to bind "change gravity" to clicking the right stick.
Start a new game with the gamepad to see tutorial hints.
