Ryanair baggage still missing after 4 days

Took a short weekend trip to Berlin via Ryanair, and everything went fine until it was time to pick up my bag at Stansted — it never came. Staff at the baggage desk told me it’s likely delayed, but now it’s been four days with no updates. Filed a PIR, called multiple times, and even tried the online tracker but got nowhere.
